New Products From SHOT Show 2013

This is the place to see some of the new products that are being introduced at SHOT Show 2013. Let us know what you think!

Armalite AR-30A1

Armalite 30A1BOn the surface, the AR-30A1 bears a family resemblance to its predecessor, the AR-30.  But, every individual component of the AR-30 was scrutinized in the AR-30A1.  As a result, only the pistol grip, buttpad, trigger, and a few small components from the AR-30 passed muster for the AR-30A1.  All other components are new and/or improved.  The result is a firearm that maintains its predecessor’s outstanding accuracy, light weight, and soft recoil while dramatically improving its ergonomics, adaptability, versatility, reliability and ease of use.  Available in 338 Lapua and .300 WM.

GLOCK 30S

Glock 30SBuilt on the G30 SF frame, the G30S combines the full capacity .45 Auto round count with a slimmer slide. This pistol offers a lighter, more easily concealable option for Law Enforcement and legal concealed-carry enthusiasts. Built in conjunction with elite law enforcement, the newest edition to the GLOCK product line brings a venerable history of consistency, dependability and safe performance in the powerful .45 Auto round.

Franklin Armory Billet Lowers

Franklin Armory Billet ReceiverFranklin Armory’s custom designed billet lowers are now available! This design incorporates integrated ambidextrous, anti-rotational Quick Detach sling mounts. On the magwell, forward of the trigger is a textured Memory Index Point for safely resting the trigger finger when not ready to fire. The magazine well is also enlarged and beveled to facilitate quicker magazine changes. The integral trigger guard is over-sized to allow room for larger hands or gloves. The front of the magazine well is also textured to allow it to be used as a grip for forward support. These Built Lower Receivers come with a carbine length, 6-position collabsible stock buffer tube without any stock installed. This allows the customer to install whatever stock they prefer without paying for a generic one that they may likely remove anyway.

Remington Bolt Action Model 783

Remington Model 783 CrossfireRemington is proving once again that you don’t need to break the bank to buy a great hunting rifle. Using the expertise that’s dominated bolt-action technology for more than 50 years, the engineering team at Remington started from scratch and combined their most advanced, accuracy-enhancing features to create an all-new platform. This sleek, hardworking tack-driver is even built differently. Perhaps the first thing you’ll notice are the striking lines of the new stock design. Inside, it’s a true performance-enhancer, with a dual-pillar bedding platform that free-floats the barrel for the ultimate in shot-to-shot consistency. Also helping deliver those inherently tight groups is a precision button-rifled barrel. For shot control, it’s equipped with the crisp new CrossFire™ trigger system that’s user adjustable to suit your preferences.
